Should Iran possess nuclear weapon?

Background

Everybody in this world admit that nuclear weapon is a mass destructive weapon. The destruction may reach miles away from the bombed spot. Hiroshima and Nagasaki were two cities which had felt the impact of nuclear bomb in the World War II. The impact may cause massive destruction and needs quite a long time to recover. But somehow, world piece is something hard to achieve. Some countries manage to have nuclear weapon for various reasons, but some countries are jealous because they are not allowed to possess nuclear weapon for their own reasons. One of the countries who want to possess nuclear weapon is Iran.

Task

You are the representative of Indonesia in United Nation Security Council. You are going to attend Security Council Meeting to discuss about the proposal coming from Iran to possess nuclear weapon. You are to state the stance of Indonesian government whether you agree to support Iran to possess nuclear weapon or not. You will make a hortatory exposition to present your stance and arguments in the meeting. In order to compose your hortatory exposition, you need to know:
